We know you’re hyped to get your hands on your fresh streetwear gear, so we make shipping as smooth as your favourite hoodie’s lining.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping – Via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Processing Time:

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (weekends don’t count – even we need time to chill).

Delivery Areas:

We ship worldwide (except some remote areas and parts of Asia – sorry fam).

Returns & Exchanges

Not 100% stoked with your haul? Our returns process is easier than scoring the last pair of limited kicks.

Return Policy:

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached
  • Original packaging required (no stains or odors – we can tell if you’ve flexed it at a rave)
  • NO RETURNS ON HATS (unless defective) – hygiene first, flex second

How to Return:

  1. Email Our Crew at [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for Approval – Our Leeds team responds quicker than a Supreme drop (within 24 hours)
  3. Package It Up – Use original packaging if possible
  4. Ship It Back – Send to our Leeds HQ (we’ll provide the address)

Return Shipping:

  • You cover return shipping costs (unless item’s defective)
  • For international returns: use tracked shipping – lost grails hurt everyone

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days (we move faster than resale bots)
  • Refund method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • Shipping costs aren’t refundable (except for defective items)

Exchanges:

Want a different size or color? Same process as returns – just tell us what you want instead. Price differences will be adjusted.

Defective Items:

Found a flaw? Email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and sort you out faster than you can say “deadstock”.
