At Outlet The Street Set Store, we want you to be 100% stoked with your streetwear haul. But if something’s not quite right with your order, our returns process is smoother than fresh creases on new kicks.

OUR RETURN POLICY

You’ve got 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed (tags still attached)
  • In original packaging
  • Free from any stains or odors (we’ll know if you wore it to a rave)
NO RETURNS ON: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on Hats (unless defective). All other streetwear essentials from our collection can be returned.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

Follow these steps for the fastest resolution:

  1. Email Our Crew at [email protected] with your order number and what you’re returning
  2. Wait for Approval – Our Leeds-based team will respond within 24 hours (faster than most Supreme drops)
  3. Package It Up – Use the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship It Back – Send to our Leeds HQ (we’ll provide the address)

RETURN SHIPPING

You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. For international returns, we recommend using a tracked service – no one wants lost grails.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days (we move quicker than resale bots)
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items).

EXCHANGES

Want to swap for a different size or color? Same process as returns – just specify what you want instead. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Found a flaw? Email us photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and get you a replacement or refund faster than you can say “deadstock.”
